Studio Rules

Damage and Breakages
If something breaks, please let us know right away. Any damage to studio equipment, furniture, or property will need to be covered by the booking party.

Furniture Handling
Please avoid dragging furniture. Lift items when moving them to prevent damage to our floors and equipment.

Leave the Studio as You Found It
Kindly return the studio to its original condition before leaving. This includes resetting furniture and clearing any personal items.

Lights and Air Conditioning
Before you leave, please ensure that all lights and air conditioning units are turned off.

Booking Time
Your booking time is important to us. Please do not extend your session without notifying us, as this can impact other bookings. If your session includes 2 hours, a half day, or a full day, you’ll receive an extra 30 minutes free for setup and pack-up. This time is dedicated to setup and pack-up to ensure you don’t run over your booked time.
